FAQs
-Will there be a SCBG Membership Meeting?
Yes, held before the festival at 11:30 am.
-What time is load-in and setup?
9am - 11am
-The registration is not working. Can you help?
The most common reason for this is that participation at the Crafted in Carolina festival is only available for current members of the SC Brewers Guild. Please renew your membership to register and continue supporting SC beer!
-How many people from my brewery can work at my table?
4 per brewery, each must be registered.
-What is expected of the brewery members attending the festival?
Brewery members will be responsible for mingling with attendees, setting up and tearing down their pouring station, and pouring beers for attendees.
-I want to donate beer to the festival, but am unable to attend or send employees. Can I still donate?
Yes, reach out to Sam Slaughter, Sam@scbeer.org, to see how we can assist getting your beer at the festival.
-Information on how many beers (Draft/ Package) each brewery should bring?
2-3 brands per brewery - Draft or package is fine. Each brewery will need to provide its own jockey box, keg bins, and buckets to keep cans chilled.
-What items will be provided to each brewery for the festival?
Ice, dump buckets, glass rinse stations, and tasting glasses.
-What other items should my brewery bring?
6 or 8 ft table and table cloth, pop-up tent, CO2, Jockey Box, keg bins or buckets to keep kegs/ cans chilled, stickers/ coasters/ swag to give out.
-I am unable to bring something from the list above. Can you help?

-Can I sell my brewery's merchandise at my table?
Yes! You are encouraged to bring items to sell, but you will need to bring your own POS or cash box.
-Beer donation and logistics Information?
Beer can be brought directly to the stadium as a charitable donation the day of the event or sent via supplier’s wholesaler. Either can work depending on the suppliers needs. We can plan for a drop off the day before as well for suppliers and wholesalers as needed.
-Will there be a raffle to raise money for the SC Brewers Guild?
Yes! There will be an Ultimate Brewery Swag Basket featuring items from breweries across the state. You can participate by donating any item of brewery merchandise - stickers, koozies, glassware, t-shirts, hats, tackers, etc. Email Sam Slaughter, Sam@scbeer.org, to participate and then bring your donated swag item to the SCBG tent before the festival begins.
-Will there be an afterparty for participating breweries?
Yes, details to follow.
-What types of vendors are allowed?
We are looking for vendors that create products made in South Carolina. If you are from NC or the surrounding area, please reach out to sam@scbeer.org first.
-Are all types of vendor products allowed?
No, we will not accept food vendors due to venue restrictions.
-As a vendor, do I need a license?
Yes, you must be licensed to sell in the state of South Carolina.
-What if I apply and my business is not accepted?
If you apply, and we are unable to accommodate you in the vendor market, we will reach out and refund your cost.
